Digital & connected - iFurn's data service becomes more versatile
The iFurn developments focus on optimizing the work processes of CAD users.
The iFurn Composer technology is being expanded. In addition to the data currently available for drawers, hinges, flap fittings and handles, the scope is being expanded to include sliding doors and light. Complex and elaborate sliding door designs or light installations can be implemented easily and safely using iFurn Composer. The user follows the step-by-step query of the iFurn Composer. Complex hardware systems consisting of several components can be virtually assembled in 3D and put together to form a set suitable for the construction.
The 3D model of the set can then be transferred to the CAD world for further processing. In addition to the 3D information, drilling and milling details for the furniture parts are also supplied so that the fittings can be assembled professionally. Faster and error-reduced work processes through to production are thus guaranteed. With the anyCAD function already implemented, the loadable set can be downloaded into around 30 different CAD formats for further processing.

Other innovations at a glance
- Extend user data
anyCAD was already introduced in 2021 together with iFurn Composer as a universal solution for the CAD-independent use of data. iFurn is now introducing the new function anyERP. Based on the growing requirements of the market, in the future not only CAD models in various file formats can be downloaded and implemented, but also the commercial data can be transferred to ERP or order entry systems.
Networking the industry
Digitization and networking are future core topics that the furniture and supplier industry will not be able to avoid. iFurn is leading the way here and creating the networking of the individual market participants. CAD software, suppliers, associations, trade and designers will network data through iFurn.
- CAD software
iFurn and the two software houses TRUNCAD and smartwop have implemented a direct interface. Thus, users of these two CAD systems can use the cloud-based database iFurn directly from their software in the future.
- Trade
Creative Partner will enable members to access the iFurn Cloud in connection with their online order platform "Ligmendo", linked to their specific goals. The same applies to the "Meisterteam" trade association group, which also offers its members the opportunity to use the iFurn Cloud by means of their own account via tapio.
- iFurn data on your own homepage
"Your iFurn" is a new possibility for suppliers to use iFurn individually related to their data. Access can be provided to the customer directly via their own website.
